Here, we would like to list all of our general terms and tour conditions to avoid any misunderstanding before you make a decision to do your tour with us in Komodo National Park.
RESERVATION:
Your booking/reservation will be promptly replied if you provide us with the following details; total pax, date of arrival and departure, hotel preference, type of room and other important components for your tour. An early booking is better to help us preparing all components needed during your tour in Komodo and Flores.
COMMUNICATION:
Quotation and confirmation will be sent to you by email or telephone after our program is fixed. We will reply all your email/message within at least 2 x 24 hours.
RATES:
Rates are quoted in both Rupiah and US Dollar. Rates can be changed any time without any prior notice.
PAYMENT:
We request a deposit of 40% for a confirmed reservation 1 month before your arrival and 60% rest of payment will be paid a week before of arrival on Flores Island. We accept Credit Card Payment, Local Bank Transfer, & Cash.
CANCELLATION:
We highly recommended to read these carefully as it’s important before you are going to book and or deal with us. We will charges 25% of the total tour cost up to 21 days prior to your arrival. 14 days prior to your arrival is 50%, 7 days prior to your arrival is 75%. No show on your arrival dates is Non –refundable and or will charge you full payment.
REFUND:
No refund for unused service
RESPONSIBILITY:
We are not responsible to take risk of: any loss, damages or any other personal accident beyond our control. We suggest you to take your own insurance during traveling time.
INSURANCE:
We strongly recommended to all participants to have their own insurances to cover your tour arrangements as well medical, surgical, dental and other additional expenses, baggage’s, loss of money, personal accidents, and personal liability.
